Great location, surrounded by bars and cafés making it super convenient 🍹 the staff were really nice and the room had a decent size with a comfy double bed.

i got a neat room with separate bathroom. the staff was pleasant, polite all the time.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, a mini bar and central heating inside the room.

The location here is perfect! It's super close to all the main areas you'd want to visit. You'll find yourself right next to the center of the old town, surrounded by tourist attractions, the main square, and important buildings. 🏰

Staff were very helpful. Room unfortunately looked onto another building. No air conditioned cooling but has air conditioned heating... no wonder we were getting hotter and hotter when trying to operate it! Great central location backing onto the Plaza Mayor.

Excellently sited for the Main Square which is merely a few yards walk away and within walking distance of all the main attractions of a lovely City. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were good and kept very clean.

.It is a shame that the bar prices are exorbitant even for a 4 star hotel and that the breakfast room lacks any atmosphere.. This doubles as a restaurant but fortunately there are numerous restaurants very close by.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with super cozy beds. The location is amazing, right next to a beautiful Spanish Gothic palace adorned with seashells 🏰.

Public parking onsite provided. The location is brilliant, the room is silent & modern. Really kind people working here. Location adjacent to the centre of the old town, Salamanca :, and many other attractions.

It's so badly for staff and room was hot and I told staff to change to another room but she told me that I should open the window. I think it's not good because I am the customer. I paid my money for it.I should have the better thiing that worth for my money.

The room was tidy with a huge king size bed and many amenities. I felt comfortable there. the staff was very kind and welcoming, helped a lot. - the hotel had a marvelous and stunning location, just a 4-6 minute walk from a 16th-century Gothic palace.

The hotel is really close to the beautiful Playa Mayor but despite that, and the fact that it was a holiday weekend and there was a live band playing on a temporary stage in the square, the room was very comfortable, the soundproofing was fantastic and we slept really well. Good value for money too at €85 per night for the city centre too - you'd pay that for a Travelodge in a city in the UK and this hotel is much better than that.

Would say it is a 3*+ rather than a 4* hotel (e.g. shower gel and hair drayer available but no shampoo or moisturiser) and had wanted a double room but there were two large singles pushed together rather than a double bed - but really that's just nit-picking.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Plaza Mayor and the historic center of the city. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. At the same time, I found it generally quiet, though loud neighbors in the hall are often a problem in many hotels. I thought the buffet breakfast was good. I found the staff cordial and helpful.

We ate at a great restaurant with very friendly staff and serving delicious food. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a pedestrian area.

Superb location for visiting Salamanca: a covered passage from the hotel door leads directly to Plaza Mayor.

Room doors are poorly sound isolated: noise in the corridor is heard inside the room.
